Pro-Environmental Messages in Job Advertisements and the Intentions to Apply—The Mediating Role of Organizational Attractiveness

Environmental sustainability is a concept with increasing importance in the way organizations think and outline their cultures, practices, business strategies to become more attractive. In this sense, present study aims understand whether that publish job advertisements regarding sustainable culture ecological concerns are perceived as attractive generate higher intentions apply. A quantitative was made sample comprising 443 participants. The results suggested pro-environmental messages organizational attractiveness. addition, attractiveness does not mediate relationship between type of advertisement (green vs. non-green) Additionally, individuals greater individual environmental responsibility behavior have intention apply, facing green advertisements. role adopting practices attract retain best talent also discussed, well suggestions for future studies.
